At Tijara Homes, we are committed to delivering quality and transparency in all our services. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, we are here to assist.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of product/service delivery.
The product/service must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition along with all relevant documents, invoices, and accessories (if applicable).

Refunds
If a unit is not allotted to the customer, the amount will be refunded within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking/order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been processed/shipped.
Once the booking/order has been dispatched/processed, cancellation is not possible. However, it may still be returned after delivery, subject to our return policy.
